There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing our wedding at the George Washington Hotel was. We had a two-year engagement and they were constantly in contact with us about our wedding. All of the staff was kind, professional and helpful. Our rehearsal/rehearsal dinner at the hotel was beautiful and went so smoothly. We worked with Rob, Hayley and Brooke a lot and we were so happy with everything that they did for us. On the day of the wedding Hayley was a saint!!! I can’t say enough about how amazing she is. The girls that assisted Hayley did a wonderful job helping with decorating and making our vision come to life. The venue, food, hospitality and everything else was truly incredible!!! 10/10 recommend a wedding here!!
Beautiful and Quite Elegant
Just had our wedding and reception here. Place is fabulous. Hayley (sp?) and crew were great with the event planning. The food was extremely good. All the guests commented specifically on the food. The venue itself is also beautiful and quite elegant. The staff really went out of their way to make the weekend special.
Beauty and History
We absolutely loved our reception at George Washington Hotel! All of the staff was kind, professional and helpful, especially Brooke and Hayley. The beauty and history found in the hotel are truly spectacular. It was what attracted us in the first place and something our guests could not stop talking about either. The food and service was absolutely incredible!!!

Exceptional Venue and Outstanding Staff! We had an incredible experience at George Washington Hotel for our wedding! The staff was incredibly easy to work with and truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. We decided not to hire a third-party coordinator, and we absolutely don’t regret it—Hayley, the venue’s coordinator, made everything flow smoothly and was a huge support from the very beginning of our planning process. Hayley, Robert, and the entire team were fantastic—always timely and clear with their communication, answering all our questions, and providing helpful planning tools. They were very transparent about any potential issues or additional costs and worked hard to accommodate all our requests and guest needs throughout the weekend. The food was absolutely amazing! We received so many compliments from guests who said it was some of the best food they’d ever had at a wedding. Having everything in one location was so convenient and made for a wonderful experience for our guests. Setup and take down were easy, with plenty of time allowed—and they even provided last-minute essentials like carts for larger items and a bowl for the florist. We highly recommend booking your rehearsal dinner and after party at George Washington Hotel as well. It made the entire weekend so much easier for our guests, and the food and service at those events were just as excellent. Our wedding at the George Washington Hotel on Saturday, November 15th, 2025, was absolutely perfect. The moment we first walked in, we were blown away by how beautiful the entire place was — elegant, historic, and the exact atmosphere we wanted for our day. And from the very first time we met Robert, we knew we were in good hands and that this was going to be the best wedding we could imagine. Robert was incredible throughout the entire process. He checked in constantly, made sure we always had what we needed, and kept everything running smoothly. His professionalism and genuine care made a huge difference. Haley and Gianna were just as amazing. They handled every detail flawlessly and made sure our day stayed stress-free and exactly how we envisioned it. Their support and organization made the whole experience feel effortless. The George Washington Hotel is a stunning venue with a staff that truly goes above and beyond. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding unforgettable. Highly recommend to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with an exceptional team behind it.
Everything We Hoped For
We had our wedding at the George Washington Hotel in October 2025, and it was truly everything we hoped for. The aesthetic of the venue is absolutely beautiful—polished, sophisticated, and full of character. From start to finish, Robert (general manager), Hayley (director of events), Brooke (event manager), and Gianna (banquet manager) made the entire planning process incredibly smooth. They were attentive to every detail and always made us feel taken care of. We did not feel the need to hire an outside wedding planner. The staff seamlessly handled all of the coordination with outside vendors. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food (shout out to Bobby, executive chef, and his amazing team) and how warm and professional the staff was throughout the night. We were able to set up 2 days in advance and take down the day after the wedding. We could relax and enjoy the entirety of the weekend without worrying about having to be rushed out of the venue. It was so incredibly convenient to have everything right at the hotel—ceremony, reception, photos, lodging, after- party, and morning after breakfast all in one place. The venue has different spaces that we were able to utilize for each separate event throughout the wedding weekend. Each space is so unique and added a special vibe to every event. We’re so grateful to the George Washington Hotel for helping make our day (actually, the whole weekend) absolutely perfect. Highly recommend to any couple looking for a stunning venue with exceptional service!
Magical, Dream Wedding
We had our magical, dream wedding at the George Washington Hotel in August 2025. From start to finish, they were communicative and willing to support in any way needed. The entire team is extremely dedicated and super easy to work with. We had under 200 guests. We had access to hotel the entire weekend. It was super nice to be in one location from rehearsal to the day after wedding. This made set up and clean up very easy. Hayley is so wonderful and really cares to help in anyway she can! We didn’t have to worry about hiring outside bartenders or catering, they do it all (and well!) Our guests all had wonderful things to say as well. I couldn’t recommend the George Washington Hotel enough to couples searching for their dream wedding venue.
